The S.A.G.E. Center, located at 3138 Fifth Avenue (between Spruce & Redwood) opened in 1999 to provide members and guests with a place to meet, socialize and participate in various activities. It also serves as a drop-in center for visitors and for senior members of the community who may be looking for available resources.
Programs at the S.A.G.E. Center include a weekly card games (Bridge and Pinochle), an Evening of Gay Film, a bi-weekly movie matinee program and a monthly gathering to celebrate member birthdays and other informal programs. Board and card games, a book and music lending library and a large screen TV are available to our members and their guests.
The S.A.G.E. Center is funded in part by the Robert Wood Johnson Local Initiate Partners as a collaborating partner in the Aging as Ourselves project.
